Back Office & My Business

A tour of the two main screens where you manage everything on Sponti. What each screen does, what lives in which tab, and where to go for specific tasks.

Starting point

The Back Office screen

The Back Office is where your business life on Sponti begins. You reach it from the Profile tab in the bottom navigation. From the Back Office you can:

  • See all the businesses you own or are a member of.
  • Create a new business (kick off the onboarding flow).
  • Accept or decline invitations to join other businesses as a team member.
  • Jump into any business to reach its My Business dashboard.
  • Open quick documentation — the guides you're reading right now.

💡 Tip

Think of the Back Office as the "home base" for the business side of Sponti, and My Business as the "dashboard" for a specific business once you tap into it.

The My Business screen

My Business is where all day-to-day management of a single business lives. You reach it by tapping a business from the Back Office list. The screen is organized into sections, each handling a specific area of the business.

What sections you can see depends on your role. Admin and Co-admin see everything; Managers and Members see a restricted subset.

Available

Your public-facing business information — what customers see when they browse your storefront.

What you can do

  • Update display name, description, and contact details
  • Change category and subcategory
  • Update your logo and gallery images
  • Connect Instagram and TikTok handles

Account

Available

Your Stripe payout account — where customer payments become your revenue.

What you can do

  • Create a payout account if none exists
  • Continue or resume Stripe onboarding
  • Open the Stripe Dashboard once connected
  • Review the current account status and any required actions

Venues

Available

The physical locations where your deals take place.

What you can do

  • Add new venues (branch, shop, event space, etc.)
  • Select the active venue for this session
  • Update a venue address by dropping the pin precisely
  • Delete a venue that is no longer operating

Products

Available

Your catalog of reusable deal templates — services, rooms, items, classes.

What you can do

  • Create products from any supported service type
  • Edit product title, description, and cover image
  • Configure service-specific details (duration, type, etc.)
  • Remove products that are no longer offered
🔒All roles with operational access; restrictions may apply to destructive actions

Available

The live, discounted offers customers can book in real time.

What you can do

  • Publish new deals from existing products
  • Set the deal window, price, and availability count
  • View active, past, and draft deals
  • Close or edit deals where permitted
